We supply and ship all our products Australia wide only.

All orders are dispatched ASAP. We use various freight companies for all items. All parcels are able to be tracked. As a general guide delivery to major cities can arrive between 1 to 3 business days (if ordered before 2 pm) whilst it could take up to 5 days for outer areas.

Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7 am and 5 pm weekdays or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually, if the delivery cannot be made, the freight companies will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign.

Authority To Leave (ATL) 

Authority to Leave (ATL) is available upon request and gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the freight without obtaining a signature. Zoom Computers And Services is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.  

Out of Stock Items

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

These items will incur shipping fees. We will have to quote shipping fees at the time of your order. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Zoom Computers and Services offers compatible inkjet, copier, laser, fax, ink sticks, wide format and remanufacturing components, toners and bulk ink.

What brands are ink products compatible with?

Our high quality imaging products are compatible with the following brands: Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, HP, Kip, Konica, Kyocera, Lanier, Lexmark, Oce, Oki, Panasonic, Ricoh, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox. Zoom Computers and Services also offers a range of UniNet re-manufacturing components. Will the print life be equal to that of the original?

In some cases, the print life of compatible cartridges can be in excess of the original.

Will using a compatible cartridge void my manufacturer’s warranty?

No. The original equipment manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply for using compatible cartridges. Laws prevent them from doing so.

Why can’t I view the product prices?

You need to register and log in to view our industry leading prices. Registering also gives you access to additional benefits such as email announcements regarding new products and specials. Sometimes when I install the compatible cartridge, a warning prompt states that "a non-genuine cartridge has been installed".

Why does this happen?

Some manufacturers set this prompt to occur. Simply click yes to continue printing. There will be no impact on printer and printing quality.
